CANDACE LAVIN
The glue that holds this fast paced team together could well be office manager and transaction coordinator, Candace Lavin. An integral part of the Walker Advantage Team since 2003, Candace came from a similar position with an office of over 40 agents. She doesn’t get bored though, because the team does nearly as much business on their own and she is responsible for much of the paperwork required to successfully close a transaction in today’s world. The two inch thick files are meticulously prepared and reviewed to ensure accuracy so our clients can rest assured they won’t have any nasty surprises later.

Candace is the light at the front desk and a joy for the public to deal with on the phone, yet she is ruthlessly efficient. From scheduling inspections to verifying loan status, she keeps the agents of the Walker Advantage Team informed so that they can continue meeting with clients and showing property to prospective buyers. Her proficiency allows all the other team members to operate at their highest levels as well and she does it all with a smile and friendly hello.
